Questions
Are gift cards physical or digital?
Digital. The recipient gets a gift code by email, or you can have the card emailed to you to print and hand over yourself.
Do gift cards expire?
No. The balance never expires, and there are no fees to buy or use a card.
What can a gift card be used for?
Anything in the store — a whole mini split, an added zone, or the accessories and parts that finish an install. It applies to pre-orders too.
How does the recipient redeem a gift card?
Enter the gift code in the promo code field at checkout. The card's value comes off the order total before payment.
How can I check a gift card balance?
Email support with the gift code and we'll reply with the remaining balance. If an order comes to less than the card, the rest stays on the card for next time.
Can I send a gift card to someone in another country?
Gift cards are sold in US dollars and redeemed on orders shipping within the US, but the buyer can be anywhere.
Which payment methods are accepted?
The secure payment link we email you accepts all major credit and debit cards.
Can a gift card be refunded?
Yes — to the purchaser, any time before it's redeemed. Just reply to your receipt email.
