Free freight delivery to your curb, on every mini split. Here is exactly what that means, how long it takes, and the one thing we need you to do at the curb.

When it arrives

Mini splits are available for pre-order. Shipping expected to begin by November 1, 2026. Once your order leaves the warehouse, transit takes 4–10 days depending on your distance from the warehouse, and the freight carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery window — someone 18 or older should be present to receive and sign. We email you tracking the moment it ships.

Accessories are ready to ship now. We'll email tracking when your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery dates are good-faith estimates. If the ship date changes, we'll tell you promptly with a new date, and you can cancel for a full and immediate refund at any time before shipment — no fees, no questions. Multi-zone mini splits can ship in several boxes and occasionally arrive in more than one delivery a day or two apart, so don't worry if everything doesn't show up at once. If a shipment seems stuck, contact us and we'll chase it down.

How payment works. Orders are charged in full at checkout, pre-orders included. The details are in our Terms of service.

What curbside means

Every mini split ships on a pallet by freight carrier, free, to your curb within the 48 contiguous United States. The driver brings the pallet to the curb or end of your driveway with a liftgate — not inside your home or garage. Plan to have a way to move the boxes from the curb (a helper or hand truck makes it easy; individual boxes are manageable, the outdoor unit is the heavy one).

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or a US territory? Contact us and we'll quote it. We cannot deliver freight to PO boxes.

Inspect before you sign

Before signing the delivery receipt, look over every box while the driver is there. If you see any damage — crushed corners, punctures, a tipped pallet — do all of the following:

  • write the damage on the delivery receipt before signing;
  • take photos of the boxes and the pallet; and
  • email them to support@statusminisplit.com within 48 hours.

Do that and we'll replace anything damaged at no cost to you.

A signed receipt with no damage noted tells the carrier everything arrived in good condition, which can limit what we're able to claim on your behalf — so those 60 seconds of inspection really do protect you. If damage is severe, you may refuse the delivery: note the reason on the receipt and contact us right away and we'll send a replacement.

Missed or refused deliveries

If the carrier cannot complete a scheduled delivery (no one present to sign) or a delivery is refused for a reason other than noted damage, the carrier may charge redelivery or storage fees, which we pass through at cost. If a shipment is returned to the warehouse undelivered, we'll treat it as a return under our Returns & refunds policy.
