About this indoor unit
- Adds a room to a Status outdoor unit with a free port (27K takes up to three indoor units; 18K takes two)
- Coverage: 9K up to 400 sq ft · 12K 400–600 sq ft · 18K 600–800 sq ft
- Wi-Fi built in: ConnectLife app, Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant
- Needs a pre-charged line set matched to the indoor unit: 1/4" × 3/8" for 9K/12K, 1/4" × 1/2" for 18K (sold separately)

Each indoor unit comes with a 25 ft communication cable attached. If its line set run is longer than 25 ft, that indoor unit needs a longer communication cable (not included).

Shipping & warranty

It comes to the curb, not inside; transit takes 4–10 days once it ships.
Warranty
8-year limited warranty on the compressor and parts, handled by Status directly. Installing it yourself doesn't affect coverage: the warranty applies to your own installation done per the instructions and local codes — no HVAC contractor required. Register your system once it's installed.
